Chef Shapps stuns again!

Chef Shapps (Belinda!) stole the show again with another Shapps Lunch in their stunning garden of Brookmans park. Catering for over 100 people team Belinda and her team wowed guests with a buffet for what seamed like 150!

Boulton Prosecco Party huge success

Local party members were treated to a record hot Prosecco party at the residence of Stephen and Jacqui Boulton in Brookmans park. 

With one of the most impressive gardens in the area, members were able to basque in the sunshine whilst enjoying a selection of cakes and sandwiches. 

Rotary Walk success helps Disabled Riding Centre

Serial fundraiser and Borough Councillor Terry Mitchinson dropped in on the Riding for the Disabled centre at Digswell Place, near Welwyn, to hand over his sponsorship cash from the annual Rotary Walk. 

Terry, now a member of Welwyn Hatfield Council cabinet, raised £538. 

Spring Delivery winner announced

A massive congratulations to Gillian Richardson-Jones who is our Spring 2018 Delivery Network winner! 

Gillian, who delivers in Hatfield South collected £100 of John Lewis vouchers from our Agent Alex at Maynard House. 

Another successful Supper Club

Supporters were treated to another successful Supper Club at Maynard House yesterday. Our guest speaker was none other than Sir Mike Penning MP. Mike regaled his story from working class backgrounds, through the military ranks until being knighted by the queen last year. 

Cllr Barbara Fitzsimon named as Mayor of Welwyn Hatfield

Cllr Barbara Fitzsimon has been named as Mayor of Welwyn Hatfield for the upcoming 2018/19 year. 

At a ceremony in Campus West, Barbara was given the prestigious honour and has already set out her plans for the next year. 

Cllr Mandy Perkins elected new Leader

Welwyn Hatfield Conservatives are proud to announce that Cllr Mandy Perkins has been made the new leader of Welwyn hatfield Borough Council. 

With unanimous agreement from her Conservative peers Mandy will take over the reins from retiring leader Cllr John Dean.
